Personalized Coaching Web App
Custom health/fitness coach designed to ease users with achieving their fitness and nutrition goals, capable of generating personalized diet model suggestions for users looking to take control of their fitness and health. Proven to help users lose over 70 pounds and gain over 50 pounds of pure contractile muscle tissue. With a built-in calorie counter, weight logger, food tracker, and exercise database, this web app will encourage adherence for all users looking to make a change in their healthy lifestyle!
Login Page
Users will be automatically redirected to the Login Page and prompted to log in or sign up before accessing the Home Page.
Signup Page
Users will be asked to create an account by entering their desired login credentials. All accounts are securely encrypted through SHA-256 user authentication methods.
Profile Page
Once a new user creates an account, they will be redirected to the Profile Page where they will enter additional information relating to their gender, weight, height, age, activity factor, diet, and time horizon.
Home Page
After an account has been successfully created (or an existing user has logged on), the user will be redirected to the Home Page where they will find their own personal calorie and macronutrient tracker created uniquely based on the individual's needs.
Weight Page
The Weight Page allows users to keep track of their weight and log individual weigh-ins. The graph above will auto-populate according to entries provided by the user.
Note: Dynamically updating the graph is still in the works. Photo uploading will also be available to users for progress checking and comparisons.
Weight Logger
Each weight entry will be automatically time-stamped and will have the option to be deleted from the logger if desired by the user.
Food Page
Within the Food Page, the Macro Chart provided on the top displays the user's current calories and macronutrient distribution. The Food Logger allows users to input the number of calories, type of food eaten, fats, carbs, and protein from their diet.
Macro Chart
Upon entry into the food journal, the Macro Chart will automatically populate depending on the users remaining calories and current macronutrient distribution.
Food Diary
Each food entry will be automatically time-stamped along with the rest of the information relating to the food. Users will also have the option to delete specific foods from the journal if desired.
Home Page - Post Food Entry
The calorie and macronutrient counter will adjust in real time based on the users remaining daily limit. Individual fields will turn red indicating that the user has exceeded their daily limit in that particular field.
Exercise Database 1
The Workout Page consists of a variety of exercises, separated by muscle groups, for the user to choose from. Shown above is a list of exercises in the Chest, Back, and Biceps categories.
Note: Exercise filtering and sorting, multipage pagination, and exercise favoriting/adding to the program will soon be available to the user.
