To-do List GUI!

Using Python's Tkinter package we can create a simple To-do List application where users can easily add, delete, save and load tasks. Tasks are saved in a ".dat" file giving users the ability to load and update previously created tasks with ease. Some of the customizations made to this project include implementing custom window sizes, creating scrollbars, building entry boxes for user input, implementing buttons for every function, and creating popup windows to handle error messages.
